What is Green Grass?
Green Grass is a digital enhancement that refreshes the color and vitality of existing lawn areas in selected exterior photographs.
It helps brown, dull, dormant, or uneven grass present with a healthier green look in listing marketing. It is not a real lawn treatment, fertilizer service, reseeding, irrigation work, or on-site yard service.
Green Grass does not add plantings, flower beds, shrubs, or other landscaping. For fuller yard presentation (beds and plantings), use Digital Landscaping ($30 per image).
House Fly applies the treatment to the frames you choose after your standard edited gallery delivers.
How the process works
Step 1
Book your House Fly photography.
Add Green Grass when you book Photos, Photos + Drone, or Zillow Showcase Media Package.
Step 2
Receive your edited gallery.
Review the finished photography and choose the exterior images where grass color needs a cleaner green look.
Step 3
Send your selections and direction.
Provide the image numbers and any clear instructions (how bold the green should read, areas to leave alone, anything to avoid).
Step 4
Receive your updated images.
Completed images are delivered by the next business day after final selections and complete instructions are received.

Green Grass is especially useful when:
- Lawn color is dull, brown, patchy, or clearly off-season in otherwise strong exterior photos.
- You want a healthier green look without adding beds or plantings.
- Timing is tight and you cannot wait on real lawn treatment before photos go live.
- You already have House Fly listing photos (or are booking a photography package) and can select specific frames after standard edits deliver.
When it may not be the right fit
You may not need Green Grass when:
- Grass already looks healthy and green.
- The yard needs beds, plantings, or fuller landscaping (use Digital Landscaping).
- Bare dirt, construction mess, or material property conditions need real cleanup first.
- You need object removal, driveway cleanup, or another enhancement instead of a grass refresh.
- There is little or no lawn visible in the photos.

Honest presentation matters
Green Grass images are digitally altered. They illustrate how selected exteriors can present with fresher lawn color for marketing purposes. The grass treatment shown is digital and is not a real lawn service or guarantee of on-site condition.
Virtually enhanced images should be clearly disclosed and used in accordance with applicable MLS, brokerage, and advertising requirements. Where required, include the original image alongside the updated version.
What's not included
- Real lawn treatment, fertilizer, reseeding, irrigation, or on-site yard work
- Adding plantings, flower beds, shrubs, or fuller landscaping (that is Digital Landscaping)
- Concealing material property conditions, dead trees, or damaged hardscape
- A return visit for real landscaping or lawn care
- Virtual Staging, Object Removal, Pool Cleanup, Driveway Cleanup, Virtual Twilight, or other photo enhancements (priced separately)
- Enhancement applied before you finalize image selections (standard edits come first)
- Standalone green-grass treatment at these rates without a House Fly photo set to enhance
