What is Digital Landscaping?
Digital Landscaping is a digital enhancement that adds plantings, beds, and landscaping detail to selected exterior photographs.
It helps sparse, dormant, or unfinished yards present with stronger curb appeal in listing marketing. It is not a real landscaping project, plant delivery, or on-site yard work.
House Fly applies the treatment to the frames you choose after your standard edited gallery delivers.
How the process works
Step 1
Book your House Fly photography.
Add Digital Landscaping when you book Photos, Photos + Drone, or Zillow Showcase Media Package.
Step 2
Receive your edited gallery.
Review the finished photography and choose the exterior images that will benefit most from fuller landscaping presentation.
Step 3
Send your selections and direction.
Provide the image numbers and any clear instructions (which beds or elevations, denser plantings vs light fill, anything to avoid).
Step 4
Receive your landscaped images.
Completed images are delivered by the next business day after final selections and complete instructions are received.

When to add Digital Landscaping
Digital Landscaping is especially useful when:
- Exterior hero shots show sparse, thin, or unfinished beds and plantings.
- Seasonal dormancy or winter yards make the curb appeal look colder online than it will in season.
- New construction or recently cleared yards need a fuller marketing presentation before real landscaping is complete.
- You already have House Fly listing photos (or are booking a photography package) and can select specific frames after standard edits deliver.
- Only a few priority elevations need the landscaping look.
When it may not be the right fit
You may not need Digital Landscaping when:
- The yard is already mature and presents well in the photos.
- You only need a grass color refresh (see Green Grass on the Photo Enhancements menu).
- You need driveway cleanup, object removal, pool cleanup, or twilight conversion instead of plantings.
- The listing is vacant land with no yard beds to enhance.
- Material property conditions or debris need real cleanup before marketing photos are enhanced.

Honest presentation matters
Digital Landscaping images are digitally altered. They illustrate how selected exteriors can present with fuller landscaping for marketing purposes. The plantings shown are digital and are not included with the property.
Virtually enhanced images should be clearly disclosed and used in accordance with applicable MLS, brokerage, and advertising requirements. Where required, include the original image alongside the landscaped version.
What's not included
- Real landscaping, plant delivery, or on-site yard work
- A return visit after landscaping is installed
- Green Grass only (priced separately on the Photo Enhancements menu when a simple grass refresh is enough)
- Driveway cleanup, object removal, pool cleanup, Virtual Twilight, or Virtual Staging (priced separately)
- Enhancement applied before you finalize image selections (standard edits come first)
- Standalone landscaping at these rates without a House Fly photo set to enhance
- Concealment of material property conditions
