What are TV Screen Inserts?
TV Screen Inserts are a digital enhancement that places a finished image or graphic onto blank, black, or idle television screens in selected listing photographs.
They help rooms look more finished when a dark or blue screen pulls attention away from the space. They are not a real on-site display setup, smart-TV content package, or equipment included with the property.
House Fly applies the treatment to the frames you choose after your standard edited gallery delivers.
How the process works
Step 1
Book your House Fly photography.
Add TV Screen Inserts when you book Photos, Photos + Drone, or Zillow Showcase Media Package.
Step 2
Receive your edited gallery.
Review the finished photography and choose the frames where blank or idle TV screens need a finished look.
Step 3
Send your selections and direction.
Provide the image numbers, which screens to treat, and any preference for a simple finished image (or note if you want a specific look).
Step 4
Receive your updated images.
Completed images are delivered by the next business day after final selections and complete instructions are received.

When to add TV Screen Inserts
TV Screen Inserts are especially useful when:
- One or more TVs show as black, blue, or empty in otherwise strong interior photos.
- A large screen is a focal point in the living room or primary suite and the blank display distracts.
- You want a more lived-in look without restaging for another shot.
- You already have House Fly listing photos (or are booking a photography package) and can select specific frames after standard edits deliver.
When it may not be the right fit
You may not need TV Screen Inserts when:
- Screens already show a finished image or are off-camera.
- There are no TVs in the photos.
- The room needs Virtual Staging, object removal, or another enhancement instead of a screen insert.
- You need custom branded slideshow content or video on the screen (ask House Fly; that is outside this flat insert).
- Material property conditions or clutter around the TV need real cleanup first.

Honest presentation matters
TV Screen Insert images are digitally altered. The content shown on the screen is added for marketing presentation and is not equipment, programming, or artwork included with the property unless it was actually present at capture.
Virtually enhanced images should be clearly disclosed and used in accordance with applicable MLS, brokerage, and advertising requirements. Where required, include the original image alongside the updated version.
What's not included
- On-site TV setup, smart-home programming, or physical screen content
- A return visit to restage the room
- Custom branded video loops or complex multi-screen campaigns (ask for a custom quote)
- Virtual Staging, Object Removal, Digital Landscaping, or other photo enhancements (priced separately)
- Enhancement applied before you finalize image selections (standard edits come first)
