Pool Cleanup

Make the pool look ready for listing day.

Clean up selected pool photos digitally so cloudy water, floating debris, or messy pool areas present cleaner in the listing, without a last-minute pool service visit before the shoot.

Available as a photo-enhancement add-on to House Fly listing photography. Serving East Tennessee.

Standard edited photos deliver first. After you send final image numbers and instructions, cleaned pool images return the next business day.

What is Pool Cleanup?

Pool Cleanup is a digital enhancement that tidies selected photographs of pools and pool areas for listing marketing.

It can address cloudy or off-color water, floating debris, and similar surface mess that distracts from the pool as a feature. It is not a real pool service visit, chemical treatment, or on-site cleaning.

House Fly applies the treatment to the frames you choose after your standard edited gallery delivers.

How the process works

Step 1

Book your House Fly photography.

Add Pool Cleanup when you book Photos, Photos + Drone, or Zillow Showcase Media Package.

Step 2

Receive your edited gallery.

Review the finished photography and choose the pool images that need a cleaner presentation.

Step 3

Send your selections and direction.

Provide the image numbers and any clear instructions (water clarity, debris to remove, anything to leave alone).

Step 4

Receive your cleaned images.

Completed images are delivered by the next business day after final selections and complete instructions are received.

What this adds to your listing

Help buyers see the pool as a feature

Give priority pool frames a cleaner water and pool-area look so the amenity reads clearly online.

Give sellers a marketing fix when timing is tight

Show a ready pool presentation from the same photography appointment, without delaying the listing for a service visit or waiting for perfect water.

Give agents a targeted pool upgrade

Order cleanup only on the frames that need it, after standard edits deliver, at a flat per-image rate.

When to add Pool Cleanup

Pool Cleanup is especially useful when:

  • Pool water looks cloudy, green-tinged, or off-color in the photos.
  • Floating debris, leaves, or surface mess distracts from the pool.
  • The pool is a selling feature and a few frames need a cleaner listing look.
  • Timing did not allow a pool service visit before the photography appointment.
  • You already have House Fly listing photos (or are booking a photography package) and can select specific frames after standard edits deliver.

When it may not be the right fit

You may not need Pool Cleanup when:

  • The pool already presents clean and clear in the photos.
  • There is no pool on the property.
  • The issue is landscaping, driveway mess, object removal, or twilight conversion instead of the pool itself.
  • Structural pool damage, empty pools, or major cover issues need real work before marketing photos are enhanced.
  • Material property conditions need to stay visible and disclosed rather than digitally cleaned.

How agents use cleaned pool images

  • Feature cleaned versions of priority pool frames in the MLS where permitted.
  • Pair cleaned images with the original photographs for transparency when disclosure is required.
  • Use them in property websites, email campaigns, and social posts.
  • Include them in seller updates and listing presentations.
  • Combine Pool Cleanup with other photo enhancements from the same order when a frame also needs landscaping, object removal, or similar retouches.

What's included

  • Pool Cleanup applied to selected House Fly photographs
  • Digital cleanup of pool water and related pool-area presentation on chosen frames
  • Client selection of the exact images to enhance
  • Direction based on supplied instructions
  • Next-business-day delivery after final selections and complete instructions

Honest presentation matters

Pool Cleanup images are digitally altered. They illustrate how selected pool photos can present with cleaner water and pool areas for marketing purposes. They are not photographs of a professionally serviced pool on the day of capture unless that work actually happened.

Virtually enhanced images should be clearly disclosed and used in accordance with applicable MLS, brokerage, and advertising requirements. Where required, include the original image alongside the cleaned version.

What's not included

  • Real pool service, chemical treatment, or on-site cleaning
  • A return visit after the pool is serviced
  • Driveway cleanup, Digital Landscaping, object removal, Virtual Twilight, or Virtual Staging (priced separately)
  • Enhancement applied before you finalize image selections (standard edits come first)
  • Standalone pool cleanup at these rates without a House Fly photo set to enhance
  • Concealment of material property conditions or structural pool problems

Other enhancement requests can be quoted separately.

Add it to your photography

Pool Cleanup can be added to:

It is generally not applicable to Land / Lot unless the property includes a pool that appears in the photography.

Standalone rule: Pool Cleanup is offered as a photo enhancement on House Fly listing photography. If you need help outside a normal photo package workflow, contact House Fly for availability and pricing.
